We want you to be happy with your purchase from Straple.

Right of withdrawal
If you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@straple.se within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know that you want to return the item.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition. If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
